Casters

Hamilton Caster is one of the world's leading suppliers of casters, with product capacities ranging from 150 lbs. up to 18,000 lbs. Metal Wheels

With one of the industry's largest lines of cast and sintered iron wheels, Hamilton has come to be known as the premier source for new or replacement metal wheels. Hamilton's most popular metal wheel sizes have recently been upgraded with larger hubs and less scrap metal content.

All metal wheels over 5" diameter include lubrication fittings in the hubs. Lube axles are recommended for the smaller sizes. Options include:

• Keyways and/or set screws, for locking wheels on shaft; consult factory
  
• Special Hub Length – hubs can be cut to provide shorter length, or "filler" washers furnished for greater length

Floor Truck Locks

Hamilton Floor Truck Locks represent an easy, low-cost method of preventing castered equipment from accidentally rolling away from its desired position. Depressing the foot pedal on one side forces the spring-loaded Neoprene brake shoe against the floor under compression. Stepping on the opposite pedal retracts the mechanism.

Hamilton Floor Locks are available in four standard heights to match most popular caster heights. Attractive bright zinc-plated finish is provided on all standard locks.

Trucks and Trailers

Trailers
Hamilton Trailers are designed to withstand abuse – lots of it. Ideal for use in warehouses, these trailers are available with capacities up to 100,000 lbs. Rear wheels are fixed, and front wheels turn on a single pivot.

Platform Trucks
Many styles are available, including wood deck with steel frame, all steel, all wood, aluminum and tilt type with many different types of handle styles. These trucks are popular in plants and warehouses.

Shelf Trucks
Ideal for transporting small parts and electronic equipment, these handy trucks can also be used for staging parts along an assembly line.

Steel & Wood Dollies
Available dollies include: drum dollies for 55-gallon drums, furniture dollies, carton dollies, paper roll cradle dollies and heavy-duty hardwood dollies.

Hand Trucks
