The RR 5200S Series reach truck has redefined every standard of reach truck performance, operator productivity, and serviceability.

Performance enhancements to the RR 5200S Series reach truck range from increases in acceleration, travel speed (AC or SEM/DC motors), and lift/lower speeds.

The RR 5200S Series reach truck has innovative concepts for improving productivity based on operator positioning and comfort. This includes a Lean/Stand model (the RR 5260/65S) and a Sit/Lean/Stand model (the RR 5280/85S).

Service simplicity for the Crown reach truck is provided through Crown's Comprehensive System Control with Access 1 2 3® technology and Infopoint. These combined technologies provide unmatched control for the operator and service team.

A 36-volt electrical system.

Drive Unit/Drive Motor
Crown-built gear box and drive motor are matched to deliver peak performance in demanding applications. Crown offers AC traction control system as an optional feature.

Control Handle
Multi-task control handle simplifies any task and is time-tested for proven reliability. Right-hand control of direction, speed, raise, lower and horn.
Steering
Left-hand steering provides full-time power steering and full-function control while the right-hand controls travel direction and speed, raise, lower and horn.
Chassis
Low-profile chassis provides lower center of gravity, resulting in increased elevated capacity. Chassis configuration designed to provide maximum capacity at elevated heights without compromising right-angle stack.
Brakes
The brake pedal design allows variable side-stance positions for increased comfort and productivity. A brake pedal combined with a power pedal helps ensure that both feet remain within the operator compartment.
Visibility
A low-profile power unit provides high-end performance while contributing to a wider field of vision. A clear view mast and low profile chassis allows operators to clearly see the forktips, enabling high visibility for improved safety. A side stance position provides maximum visibility for the operator.
Speed
Infinite speed control in forward and reverse can be tuned to fit any application.
Operator Safety & Comfort
A tilted floorboard allows the operator to lean naturally against a padded backrest. Variable side-stance positions the operator for maximum effectiveness and forward/reverse visibility during travel and load handling functions.
A suspended floorboard reduces shock and vibration and enhances work performance during normal travel over expansion joints and rough floors. An exclusive operator entry bar assists drivers in maintaining proper operator positioning, reinforcing safe truck operation.
