Secure Storage Areas

WireCrafters Style 840 Partitions can be used to build freestanding secured storage areas, tool cribs and security enclosures, or to divide large buildings into smaller sections. The system sets up quickly with standard hand tools, is secure once in place, and is easy to reconfigure as needs change. Open but secure design allows free circulation of building’s lighting, HVAC and fire suppression systems throughout secured areas.

Rack Enclosures

Secure contents of existing pallet rack with WireCrafters Style 840 Partition System. The system uses standard sized panels (and posts, if necessary) and hinged or sliding gates to enclose any rack system.

Gate/Door Locks

WireCrafters has experience with many different types and styles of locks. Maybury can integrate most any type of lock into your wire storage system. Some available options include:

Coded Card Reader – activates electric strike or magnetic lock upon insertion of coded card

Ten-Digit Key Pad – Programmable pad operates electric strike or magnetic lock upon entry of four-digit pass code

Electro-Magnetic Lock – card code reader, ten-digit key pad or remote push button magnetically locks sliding gates

Electric Strike – allows hinged gates to open when activated by encoded card, ten-digit key pad, or remote push button

Master Lock ADA Handle – meets ADA requirements, available with or without key lock

Lift Enclosures

Safe operation of vertical conveying systems requires an enclosure that protects employees from moving parts as well as spilled loads. WireCrafters Style 840 Partition System’s open mesh design prevents access to hazardous areas without blocking the operator’s view. Style 840 is strong enough to contain most load spills, protecting the operator and other personnel.

Machine Guards & Barriers

Wire partitions, machine guards and barriers from WireCrafters are a simple, effective way to protect personnel from the dangers posed by automated equipment. Custom partitions can be economically manufactured for a wide variety of applications. Crimped and woven wire mesh is resilient, resists dings, retains its shape and looks better longer.

Industrial Storage

WireCrafters bulk storage lockers are a good solution for securing employee items or company equipment. Lockers set up fast and can be moved or reconfigured as needs change. Available in wire mesh or solid steel.

Wire Mesh Storage
Stored items are not accessible, but remain visible. The open but secure design allows in-plant lighting, ventilation and fire suppression systems to work effectively throughout the secured area. Wire storage lockers come in single or double tier, in several stock sizes: 7' 6" tall; 3' or 4' wide; 3', 4', or 5' deep.

Solid Steel Storage
WireCrafters solid steel storage lockers are an ideal way to secure employee items or plant equipment. Larger than a movable cabinet and more secure than a wire enclosure, these lockers make an economical storage facility anywhere in your plant. Solid steel lockers feature heavy 16-gauge steel door and wall panels, and all doors are supplied with pad lock lugs.

Handrails & Guardrails

MezzaRail – Handrail for Mezzanines
MezzaRail is a sturdy handrail with a mesh component which acts as a barrier to prevent items from passing through to the ground below. Objects that easily pass through multi-rail systems are restrained by MezzaRail, protecting people and property from serious injury. The system can be mounted to the face side or deck of any mezzanine. Hinge gates and lift-out gates are available for access to the protected area.

Handrail
WireCrafters System 22 Handrail is an easy-to-install industrial handrail. This square steel railing system sets up with standard hand tools, without welding, cutting or self tapping screws. All parts are drilled and ready to accept 3/8" bolts and floor anchors. The system is designed on 8' centers and comes in a standard two rail style. A 4" high kick plate can be added as an option. Standard rail sections are 7' 6", 3' 6" and 1' 6" long. These rail sections combine with 6" run post connectors or 4" corner/end posts to lay out on 8', 4' or 2' centers.
